Présentation
Université Côte d'Azur, le GREDEG et la MSHS Sud-Est ont le plaisir d'accueillir la 8e conférence annuelle de l'Association Française d'Economie du Droit (AFED), les jeudi 19 et vendredi 20 octobre 2023.
La conférence se veut être un lieu de discussion et d'échanges pour tous les chercheurs et professionnels intéressés par des thématiques pouvant être analysées par une approche pluridisciplinaire en droit et économie (droit et politiques publiques, numérique, etc.).
Toutes les soumissions en économie et droit portant soit sur des présentations de recherches originales, soit sur des questions concrètes auxquelles sont confrontés différents professionnels du droit sont les bienvenues.
Les sessions parallèles, les sessions plénières et les tables rondes, seront proposées en français ou en anglais.
Les deux conférenciés invités sont : Nataliia Bielova (Inria research centre at Université Côte d'Azur) et Maarten Pieter Schinkel (University of Amsterdam)
Deux articles seront sélectionnés pour une publication éventuelle dans le numéro spécial “European Association” du European Journal of Law and Economics.
