Présentation

Lors de l'exécution d'une décision judiciaire rendue dans un autre Etat membre de l'UE, la numérisation de la procédure est un aspect d'une importance considérable. Le projet EFFORTS a montré que la numérisation des procédures d'exécution de l'UE assure une meilleure circulation des décisions judiciaires entre les Etats membres de l'UE. Elle permet une application plus rapide et, par conséquent, un meilleur accès à la justice. Lors de cette conférence, l'unité de recherche DIgitalisation et aCCEss to justice (DIKE) présentera les résultats du projet EFFORTS et les comparera à d'autres expériences dans le domaine de la numérisation (des procédures d'exécution).
