The conference aims to present a comparative legal insight on the regulatory framework relating to the wolves.
Programme
2pm : Each of the speakers will be invited to answer the following questions :
1. National status of the protected species: statistics and importance for biodiversity protection
2. National policy and strategy
3. Differentiated Legal status of wolves
4. Status of national positive law (inconsistencies, void…) : ✓ on the obligations of livestock farmers (preventive measures, incentives,sanctions)
✓ on subsidies and other financial aid: conditionality, transparency and traceability of use
5. Presumption of liability of the wolf: damages and burden of proof
6. Last case law
