Présentation

Dixième rencontre annuelle de l’European Copyright Society, organisé en partenariat avec le Centre de recherche du château de Versailles, le laboratoire DANTE de l’université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, avec le soutien du cabinet Vercken & Gaullier avocats, de Realex et de Juriscom.law.

Centre de production de ressources intellectuelles, autant que lieu d’échanges et de diffusion scientifiques, le Centre de recherche du château de Versailles s’inscrit dans un environnement patrimonial exceptionnel, au contact du château de Versailles et des questions que celui-ci soulève, à la croisée du droit d’auteur, des technologies numériques et de l’intelligence artificielle. Il offre ainsi un cadre particulièrement propice pour accueillir une analyse approfondie des enjeux que soulèvent ces évolutions pour les institutions culturelles et patrimoniales.

Cette conférence internationale, organisée sous l’égide de la European Copyright Society, groupe informel d’universitaires européens spécialistes du droit d’auteur, et soutenue par le laboratoire D@NTE de l’Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin, fournira l’opportunité d’analyser les nouveaux régimes mis en place à ce sujet par la directive Droit d’auteur dans le Marché Unique Numérique de 2019. Elle permettra également d’apprécier l’intérêt d’un travail de réflexion commun à l’échelle européenne entre chercheurs, institutions publics et acteurs du secteur culturel.
