Présentation
Le patrimoine culturel musical n’a encore jamais fait l’objet d’une étude spécifique, alors même qu’il mérite une attention approfondie. Situé à l’articulation du patrimoine matériel et immatériel, il se trouve au cœur de nombreux enjeux contemporains liés à sa protection : appropriation culturelle, droits des peuples autochtones, consolidation de la paix, numérisation et essor de l’intelligence artificielle, marchandisation ou encore dynamiques nationalistes.
Pendant deux jours, des juristes de la Faculté de droit de Toulouse (France), de l’Université Renmin (Chine), de l’Université du Kent (Royaume-Uni), de l’Université de Milan – Statale (Italie) et de l’Université de Paraíba (Brésil) échangeront autour des mécanismes de protection juridique du patrimoine culturel musical, tant en droit international que dans leurs systèmes juridiques nationaux.
