Présentation
Le colloque a pour objet d’analyser les dynamiques contemporaines de diffusion et de recomposition de la tradition juridique de Common Law, en mettant en exergue les mécanismes de circulation normative, de réception et de transposition des règles juridiques au sein d’ordres juridiques nationaux hétérogènes. Il tend, en particulier, à appréhender les mutations des systèmes juridiques résultant de ces interactions, ainsi que les tensions inhérentes entre les processus d’uniformisation normative et le maintien des spécificités propres à chaque ordre juridique.
Le programme prévoit plusieurs sessions thématiques consacrées, notamment, à la globalisation du droit constitutionnel, du droit pénal et du droit de la famille, ainsi qu’aux évolutions du droit des obligations, du droit des affaires et des mécanismes de justice dans une perspective comparée et internationale.
