Présentation

Le secteur de la santé est aujourd'hui confronté à d'importantes transformations du fait de l'explosion des connaissances scientifiques, et surtout en raison du développement des nouvelles technologies.

Le domaine de la santé est en effet l'objet d'une révolution grâce aux progrès réalisés par les techniques de l'information, du numérique et des objets connectés. Toutefois, le recours à ces technologies nouvelles ne va pas sans poser de difficultés en termes de responsabilité mais également en termes de questionnements éthiques et déontologiques. Par ailleurs, diverses questions se posent, parmi lesquelles celle de déterminer si cet encadrement normatif favorise la recherche scientifique, ou s'il permettra à l'ubérisation de gagner le secteur de la santé. Le développement considérable de l'e-pharmacie pose également des difficultés considérables pour la protection des personnes en raison de l'explosion des médicaments contrefaisants sur l'internet.

C'est pourquoi il parait indispensable de favoriser une approche comparée entre les situations française et chinoise afin de nourrir une réflexion ouverte et féconde, et de réfléchir aux perspectives possibles ou souhaitables.
